Black Frame Around Image/Icon

I have recently begun having issues with the DYMO app showing a frame around any image I try to insert on a label. I have not had this issue in the past.

 

Can anyone help with this?

Hello Nicole,

Thank you for posting on our forums! This looks like a setting on DYMO's app as this is not something ShippingEasy does in our app. I recommend reaching out to DYMO support to troubleshoot with them as to why this is happening to any image you try to insert on a label. Their phone number is 1-877-289-3966.
