I noticed I can't choose the flat rate envelope shipping service for USPS anymore... it only lets me choose between first class and parcel select. I know the shipping cost would be way cheaper with the flat rate envelope option, why won't it let me choose it?!??!!

After looking over your account, I see that your Endicia Expedited account had been disconnected. I've reconnected that for you, so now you should see the option to select the Priority Mail - Flat Rate envelope.
