Dear Jennifer / support team,

I have written you previously about the bug with my credit card (I can't pay the subscription and can't do anything). But I need to look the statistics of all shipments and their costs for all the period, could you please download (or ask the developers to grab directly from the database) the report off all shipments, payment, cost (min.) ? I need to check the details while waiting for the card issue will be resolved.

Hi Eugene -

Unfortunately, we're not able to access ShippingEasy reports for the Starter plan, which is what you're currently subscribed to. Once you're able to resolve your billing, then you can upgrade to the Basic plan and download a number of reports from ShippingEasy to further analyze your data.
