Hello, trying to set up to ship my Ebay orders. When I try to register with Endicia as part of the process, I keep getting an error message that No Physical Address Exists. I live in a remote area (national park) where the only mail delivery is at the local Post Office through a PO Box. I have a physical address too that FedEx and UPS have no problems delivering to. Trying to register at Endicia, neither my PO Box or my physical address is accepted. How can I use Shipping Easy if I can't get registered. I just shipped through my regular Ebay interface as I couldn't wait for this to be resolved. Can't find a contact directly with Shipping Easy, so any suggestions here will be appreciated... Rick

Hi Jennifer, I have just asked a similar question. I am unable to create an account with either address. Any options?

@Sustainably Grateful - Please try using the physical street address of your post office in place of the "PO Box" number. Endicia is running into the error because the cannot validate the address as a street address; however, they also need to match the zip code with your billing information.

Hi Rick - Thanks for reaching out via our forum!
I'm sorry that you've had so much trouble validating your address, but living in a National Park seems like a reward in itself!
We actually run into this a fair amount as many shippers live in remote locations or use PO Boxes for their billing address for other reasons. We recommend using the physical address for your post office when registering your Endicia account. This works 9 times out of 10!
