PLEASE combine our Endicia accounts into 1 account instead of 2. I've accidentally added way too much money to my expedited account on a couple of occasions and there's no way to correct this issue, other than close the account with Endicia and wait 8-10 business days for the refund.
After making this mistake today, I called Endicia to see if they would be able to help and they informed me Shipping Easy chooses for the customers to operate 2 separate accounts but most other companies choose to have 1 combined account. That would make it so much easier with a lot less headache when we make this mistake. After speaking with support on both sides, this is a very common occurrence so please consider this change in the future! Thanks!
