It would be nice to be able to choose which stores you would like to sync with instead of being forced to sync with them all. If I only want to work on ebay orders it would be nice to be able to chose only to sync with ebay. This would help with the time it takes to sync as well as the amount of orders you are dealing with on your dashboard/home screen.

You actually can do this. To do this, you will want to disable automatic syncing.

I already had that option checked to disable the automatic syncing. However, I still don't have the option to only sync with Ebay or to only sync with Amazon. I am forced to sync with all my stores when I perform a sync.

Ah, I see what you mean. It sounds like you want a "Sync" button specific to stores. I will forward your request to our Product Team.

I have great news Staci,
You can now sync with specific stores! We've also made some other syncing changes, so please allow me to explain those first:
The “Sync with Store” link has been renamed “Sync” and clicking it will bring up the new window. Clicking the top entry in the window will sync all stores, like it previously worked. In addition, the window will display the last time that each store synced - if it was synced same day, then only the time is shown. If it wasn't synced the same day, then the date and time is shown.
Per your request, there is now a sync icon next to each store that allows you to request just a sync of a specific store, too. You can see the status of the syncing progress in the popup, as well - when a store is currently being synced, the sync icon for that store “spins,” allowing you to know that its working on processing a sync.
