What store integration are you using (Shopify, PayPal, WooCommerce, etc)?
Are you making any changes to these orders on your store once they have synced to ShippingEasy?
Would you mind giving me the order numbers to these shipments, your store name on your ShippingEasy account, as well as screenshots of these orders on your store?
