I have my own Endicia account with Commercial Plus Cubic rates. I have connected it with my ShippingEasy account but it will only allow me to print non-expedited ship methods. How do I use my own Endicia account with Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express?

Since last posting, ShippingEasy has made some changes to the handling of Endicia Expedited accounts. If you are subscribed to a paid plan and are interested in connecting an outside Endicia account, please email our Customer Success team at support@shippingeasy.com.

Hi Craig -
It's possible to enable your Endicia Expedited account for Commercial Plus Pricing with Cubic Rates. However, I see that you are currently signed up on our free Starter plan, which only accesses Commercial Base Pricing for all USPS shipments. This plan is also limited to 50 shipments a month.
As USPS requires a minimum volume to extend Cubic Rates, I expect that our paid plans would be a better fit for your company. These plans not only allow for greater volume, but also come with a variety of tools that will help larger more sophisticated operations manage their shipments and costs.
We offer free trials to give you the full experience of our upgraded subscriptions. I recommend that you speak with one of our Account Executives to set up a free trial.
Once we have you on an account that best fits your volume, our Account Management team will be able to set up your Endicia Expedited account to access Commercial Plus Cubic Rates.
