Order Details - Marketplace Order ID

Hi,

Right now we use Solid Commerce to have all our Marketplace Orders come into ShippingEasy. All of our Orders come in as 1 store which is Solid Commerce. Our marketplace order numbers get put into the Customer Comment section.

My request is if we could maybe have its own column call Marketplace Order ID and have the order numbers in there. It would help out a lot if we can filter based on the Order ID because as you know eBay, Amazon, Newegg, Sears, Buy.com all have different type of order numbers and it would be awesome if we could setup some filtering based on those ID's.

Hi there. That's a great suggestion. I am not sure if that is possible as we may be limited to what information SolidCommerce shares with us about the order, but I will be sure to forward that request to our Product Team. Thanks!

Any news on this, planned to not. This would be a great addition as it would really help filtering orders based on marketplaces or such.

Hooray! We have added a new column that supports Solidcommerce which shows an alternative ID sent from the original store instead of just the ID that SolidCommerce supplies. The "Alternate Order Number" optional column is available on the Orders page and Shipping History page and is now supported on StitchLabs, Solid Commerce, ChannelAdvisor and Shopify. This article explains how you can add this column and arrange your columns. This also includes support for the packing slip and email template variables as well as the shipping rule condition.
