We have let our DHL account manager and activate our Endicia account. We'd like to move to the next step and be able to access to the DHL Global Mail carrier services within ShippingEasy. I'm unable to locate your Shippingeasy account. Would you please email us at endiciaaccount@shippingeasy.com with your account's admin email address and Endicia account ID?
We will then be able to enable your Endicia account to access DHL services.
