Creating manual orders will not complete

Every time I attempt to create a manual order, the system keeps me at the "Verifying Address and Creating Shipment... " status screen with the icon spinning as if it is attempting to load.  This happens regardless of whether I select the tab for "Create Order" or the tab for "Save and Get Rate".  I have been unable to properly create orders and make shipments for a number of weeks now.  Interestingly, if I only do a couple of lines I can save it and then go back in and edit it a little at a time until enough information is in in order to make a label.  If you know how to solve this problem I would love to hear how.  Thank you!

Hi David,

We have not heard other reports of this. With your permission, I would like to place a few test orders on your account to see if I can get these to load.

Another thing to test, would you try clearing your cookies or cache or trying another browser to place these manual orders?
