It took about 15 minutes of searching to find that you only deal in the US. The page I found it on, https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/204338085-Does-this-software-work-outside-the-USA-Canada-  , was answered 7 months ago with the statement that the information would be forwarded to Marketing.

So why are we still having to scour the site to discover this? A simple FAQ page would answer this in a moment.

Hello Jim - Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry that it took up so much of your time to find this answer.

I'll admit that we still see this question frequently, although it's answered on our Pricing Page FAQs: ShippingEasy Pricing Guide

Under "Common Questions", we address:

  • I live outside of the USA, can I still use ShippingEasy?
    At this stage ShippingEasy is for shipments originating in the USA. Merchants can be anywhere at all! And Orders can be shipped domestically and internationally. However, they need to start in the United States.

We've also provided an article in our Support Center, within the "About ShippingEasy" section:

I'm happy to look into adding an additional mention in our Support Center. Though hopefully your post will also help others find the information more quickly.
