Integrating with Reverb.com - Music Sales Website

Hi - I'm trying to organize all of my website sales and have stumbled upon a problem. We do music sales through Reverb.com through 4 accounts with them and I can't figure out what Platform they use to integrate them into ShippingEasy. Ideally, the reason We've invested in ShippingEasy is to organize all of our Online Sales and I would hate to not have the same option for our Reverb sales. I have put in a request with their Tech Support to look into seeing how they could integrate with you - If you could please let me know ASAP what other avenues I should take to get this process going I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for writing to us and  sharing this contact info with us, I will give this to the product team.

There is not a timeline for this integration yet, the best solution for pulling these orders into ShippingEasy would be by CSV file or Manual Orders. When there is any progress on the integration I will update this post.

Hi Kaela, 

Thanks for reaching out. You are correct in that ShippingEasy does not currently integrate with Reverb.com. That said, I may have a workaround for you. It looks like Reverb.com integrates with Magento, Shopify, and BigCommerce. I see that you have a Magento store so you may be able to integrate your Reverb.com orders into Magento, and then Magento may be able to send ShippingEasy the orders. They appear to have an open-source code for this: Integrate Magento with Reverb.com

 

Your other option is to upload CSVs which is far less automated but is definitely a tool that ShippingEasy has to offer: Here's how to upload CSVs to ShippingEasy.

I have this problem as well. I don't have another account that would allow me to work around this issue. As Reverb sales become more and more common it takes a lot more time to enter labels. Other shipping companies offer this connection. I've spoken to reverb and they are willing to work with you to make the connection. Please email them at

I have been asking on the phone for Reverb support for more than a year. They are  big part of our business and the cutting and pasting stuff gets really old.

ShipStation did not have Volusion support (they did have Reverb) when we signed up with you, they do now. It's becoming very hard for me to ignore that you don't seem to want to get on board with the fastest growing site on the planet for musicians (and dealers) selling gear.

It's been a least a year since ShipStation did it, how about you guys get on board? Otherwise we have to seriously consider the other solution.
