USPS Schedule Pick-up still not working

I added my phone number to the starred address under my account details per email instructions. The USPS scheduled pick-up option still failed. I removed the other physical address as instructed also. Please advise on next step.

Thanks for posting in our forums.

I do see your ship from address is a PO box, you would not be able to schedule a pickup from that shipping location- it would have to be your physical shipping address. I suggest you add that then try again. If you are not wanting to input your actual address as your ship from address on the label, you will have to request the pickup on USPS directly
