No Weight On USPS Printed Label

New to this and printed my first USPS shipping label.  Displayed just above the CID number according to USPS is supposed to be the total weight of the package. It displays instead:  PM Cubic .3 Zone 5. USPS said that because there was no weight listed they couldn't scan in their zip code as the point of origin so they couldn't get verify we had the correct postage amount.  I configured my package weight I think correctly under settings.  Anyone know what this means and a way to correct?

Thanks for any help

 Hi Sean,

Thanks for posting in our forums!

What is printed on the label can vary depending on your shipment type and destination. We would be more than happy to review this label to make sure nothing is amiss, however I was unable to find your account using the email you provided when you posted. If you are on our free starter plan would you please email issues@shippingeasy.com with the email login you use to access ShippingEasy, as well as your order number and the tracking number where USPS said this was incorrect? If you are on our paid plan, please contact us directly using the links in the application or email support@shippingeasy and we can look into this for you.

Warm regards,
