WooCommerce - Product Add-On data collected at order, not transferring over to Shippingeasy.

For example.  A customer purchases a shirt by method of a product variation drop down box.  They then have the option to add a hat, by checking a box (product Add-on).  I receive an email notification from WooCommerce regarding the new order, and all of the order information is there.  The shirt, and the hat the customer added on.

When I pull up the same order in Shippingeasy, I see the customer ordered a shirt, but not the hat.

This near doubles the time it takes to process and prepare orders for shipment since I need to check near every order to ensure we ship the customer the correct products.

Hi Jeff,

To clarify, in this example are you only having issues with the add-on, and not the product variation? It sounds like you may be using a third party application to support the product add-on feature - is that right? If so, which are you using? WooCommerce has many third party applications in their marketplace but as there are so many, ShippingEasy is not able to support them all. If you can provide me some more information as to how you have this set up in WooCommerce, I'd be happy to add your request to a list for consideration.

I am using WooCommerce Product Add-Ons by WooThemes.  Variations transfer over just fine, it's only the add-on which is dropped.  If Shippingeasy doesn't support the WooThemes version, can you tell me which product add-on plugin it does support?  I'd like to think many others also use the WooThemes edition of this plugin.  It would be a huge time-saver for our workflow.   ShippingEasy is a far improvement over my last third party shipping service, but these little things are what continues to motivate me to seek other alternatives.

When I pull  a CSV export from all the weeks orders, all of the add-on data is included, and separated by "|" in WooCommerce.  Ie.  "SKU | Qty | Gross Price | Add-On"  But, shippingeasy doesn't take the add-on data.

Thanks for the details! I don't think we currently support any plugins that support this but I've added this to our list of features to consider and investigate. Thanks again!
