How long does ShippingEasy currently keep order history? I am new to ShippingEasy and my old shipping platform kept my order history forever (to help with searching timeouts it would only search the previous 90 days unless you specified otherwise). It was nice to be able to go look up previous customer orders, especially since Ebay only keeps order information for 90 days.

ShippingEasy keeps order history indefinitely. Though, when you first access the Shipment History page, you'll notice that only the last 60 days automatically displays. Using the filter options on the left panel, you can modify which days and types of orders are showing.

On the other hand, this feature request thread is specific to Batch History - a record on the Ready to Print page of labels that have been shipped in batches. The Batch History is retained for 72 hours. After that time, you can filter by Batch on the Shipment History page and use the available reprint options there if any batch needs to be reprinted.
