Issues:

1.  Can't log in with email account name: sk*******@mail.com and password that worked till yesterday.

2. Request a don't get password reset reply email.

Thanks for posting in our forums! There is not a ShippingEasy account associated with the email you provided. I have removed the email you posted so that the email address you listed sk*******@mail.com remains confidential. 

If you are unable to remember the email address you used when you signed up for ShippingEasy, please email issues@shippingeasy.com and we will be able to confirm your identity to allow you to access your account.

Having same issue here!!! Very frustrating and your forgot password link is useless. It reroutes to a support page and when i reset password, it applies to only your support page. need to ship items ASAP no support available please consider rectifying this issue

I see that Jacen was able to reply to your email over the weekend with some troubleshooting tips.  If those don't do the trick, please give us a call at the number listed at the top of the app since you are on a paid plan and have access to phone support.  We have folks on the phones today until 6pm CST.  We'll be happy to verify your identity and help you get logged in so you can continue shipping.
