Hi Randy, 

This is an excellent suggestion! I'm sure this feature would help a lot of our FedEx/UPS users, if supported by all parties involved. Currently, this is done on a case-by-case basis with each carrier. So far we've only gotten approval from Endicia to customize our label formatting for USPS labels, but once we have a bit of interest in seeing enhancements on FedEx/UPS labels, we can use that leverage to discuss possible changes with them, too. Thanks!

Great news! I just wanted to share that you can add the order number to the reference field for Fedex labels. There are  also the additional options to populate the item skus or item description.
