Printing Preferences

I recently noticed after adding my Dymo 4XL to my printer list, that my labels "auto print" to a ghost printer.  After paying and adding, it states "label sent to printer" and disappears from the queue.  I have to go into my shipment history each time and manually print from there.  I can't find anything in my settings/preferences that is solving the issue.  

I have the Dymo set up as my default printer.

Typically, when you are using ConnectEasy and your labels do not physically print to your printer, we recommend restarting ConnectEasy. This link in our Support Center, Troubleshoot: ConnectEasy explains how to do that.
