This was working until about a week to 10 days ago, not it does not. When I click Brows, then select my file upload, then click Upload File the button changes to Please Wait for about a second then nothing else happens.
I have tried this on 2 different computers with the same results. I can upload the same file in Chrome or IE with no problem.
I am running 64-bit Windows 7 with a 2.5 GHz processor and 8 GB RAM. Firefox version is 47.07, the latest version. the other check was on a Windows 10 system.

Thanks for contacting ShippingEasy! I did just do a test on my Windows 10 computer with FireFox version 47.0 and I did not have any issues. It is possible something on your browsers is caching incorrectly. Would you try following the steps here and let me know if you are able to upload.
Additionally, I'm including a link to the the sample file that worked for me that you can use test the upload. It is possible your file was somehow corrupted when uploading via Firefox.
Please let me know if that works, or if you continue to get an error.
