USPS boxes

I have noticed that amount of USPS boxes differs between orders. I don't know why a Priority Express Flat Rate Medium Box at times and other times is.

That is one that came up yesterday and then it dawned on me that I often see different amounts of Post Office box available between orders. And often those orders are similar. Doesn't make sense.

Hello Dan and thank you for posting to our community!

Unfortunately I'm a little confused by your inquiry. Are you referring to the rates for your USPS orders?

Any USPS Domestic Priority Flat Rate boxes should be offering you the same rate regardless of destination.

I'm also not sure Priority Express Flat Rate boxes are available any more.

Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the issue you are inquiring about so we can get a better understanding?

Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. Hopefully this will make it a little clearer: when I choose Carrier Service - Priority Express, and then go into Packaging, I do not see any Flat Rate Boxes available. If I go into Priority (not Express) there are Flat Rate boxes available. We have the blue Priority Express Flat Rate boxes in stock.

I hope this makes sense.

Hello Dan and thank you for the clarification.

As of January 17th, the Priority Mail Express Flat Rate Box service options were discontinued for both Domestic and International shipments.

You can read more about this change using the link below, specifically under the Priority Mail Express changes Q/A.
