Lables won't print correctly

Labels won't print correctly. From the browser they print a faded grey. If I save to a PDF file and print there are stripes through the label. I have checked for printer and software updates and there are none. This hasn't been a problem in the past. Any ideas? Thank you

Based on the description of your issue, it sounds like your printer may be running out of ink or experiencing some type of printing issue. 

Since you are unable to get a clear print, directly from your computer, that would indicate the problem is not related to your web browser or ShippingEasy.

We would recommend contacting the manufacturer of your printer or computer for additional help determining the problem and solution for your printing problem.

Thank for your reply. I checked the ink levels and all other documents print fine.

I'm so sorry that the options Jacen suggested did not resolve the issue. Printing directly from your computer essentially eliminates any other software or apps besides the one that is displaying your label for printing.

If you think your printer is working correctly, you might consider contacting the manufacturer of the program used to display the label on your computer or the web browser. We recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for additional help in determining what is causing the issue with printing these labels. 

Another option is also to test printing from different computers or different printers.
