Prior to switching to ShippingEasy I had my own Endicia account. Recently I cancelled my account since I have the 2 new ones through SE. Now that i've cancelled my account I no longer have USPS appearing as a shipping option in my bigcommerce store. I've tried entering the new credentials from my new SE account, but only Priority Mail Express is appearing.

We are not sure why your USPS options are not available in BigCommerce now. We would recommend reaching out to BigCommerce support for further information on this.
Because our ShippingEasy Endicia accounts are provided for free they are limited to use within the ShippingEasy app at this time. If BigCommerce support suggests you need an Endicia account connected to your BC store, we would recommend contacting Endicia to reopen your personal account and then reattaching that to your BC store.
