I see from your account that you are using ConnectEasy to print from ShippingEasy.
Typically when you are printing duplicate labels via ConnectEasy it is usually because there is more than one instance of ConnectEasy running on your computer.
If you take a look at the link below, the first image is what the ConnectEasy icon will look like in your Menu bar. If you see more than one ConnectEasy icon, you will need to right click on each and select Quit from the drop down menu. You will only want to have one ConnectEasy icon visible in the Menu bar at any time.
