Hi - I have been printing with you guys for a couple of years.  Usually, things go smooth.  Today, I printed a single 4x5 and it was about 75% of that size and had added info at the bottom that included a reference number, tracking number, mail class, package type,date, value, rubber stamp, etc....I have never seen this before.  Is this a glitch or something new?  Also, any idea why it is printing small than full size?
