Does Shipping Easy calculate monthly fees (Starter/basic etc) on calendar month or from start date? If from start date, where do I find that information, I don't see it on the My Profile tab. Thank you!
What is considered a "month" in regards to Shipping Easy fees?

Okay, sorry!! Looks like I found it! Based on start date and I found it under account settings, subscription and billing. Sorry to have bothered you, I should have looked a little deeper.

Thank you so much for reaching out and for your follow up! Yes, you found the correct location for this information. A month of your subscription for ShippingEasy is not a calendar month, but runs from your start date until your renewal date. As you found, this is outlined in your Subscription and Billing Settings.
