There is a glitch when creating packing slip templates. I am using a mac with safari 10.0.3. I can easily edit my templates and then I hit update template to save. However, if I generate pdf preview of the template to see how my changes look, it freezes the "Edit Packing Slip" page so I have to reload it to be able to make any further changes. Also, if I have forgotten to hit 'update template' before generating the pdf preview, my changes are lost.

After testing in Safari, I was able to confirm, there certainly seems to be an issue with the cursor after previewing a template.

In the meantime, you can use the Tab and Return keys on your keyboard, to save your template changes,instead of refreshing and losing your work.
After previewing your template, press the Tab key, (about 8 times) to navigate through the template and down to the Update Template button. Once the Update Template button is highlighted with a blue outline, use the Return key to engage the Update button and save any changes.
Or, you might consider using the Google Chrome or Firefox browsers until we have had a chance to correct the problem.
