Custom Packing Slip Printing on a separate page

I created a custom packing slip that just excludes the default's price of order.  But when I print an order, it prints what looks to be similar to the default packing slip on the first page with the shipping label and then my custom packing slip on a second page... is there anyway I can get my custom packing slip to print on the first page with my shipping label?

Hello Jacob, and thank you for posting to our community.

After checking your account, it looks like the custom packing slip you created was based on the standard packing slip default type, which is for an 8.5 x 11" output.

If you change the Packing Slip 'Type' option to the Packing Slip (4x6 label) option and then click the "Load Default" button, that will load the more compact 4x6 template, which you have been using previously.

I took the liberty of creating a new template for you, using the 4x6 compact template, removed the pricing information from the Shipment Line Item, and set that as your default template under your Packing Slip settings.

You can review the new template to verify it is what you need, by reprinting a packing slip to pdf from your Shipment History, using the steps in the link below.

How to: Print packing slips for shipped orders from SHIPMENT HISTORY

If you decide the new Packing Slip still needs some tweaking, you can find that in your Packing Slip Templates page with "(4x6)" listed in the name.

Thanks again and Happy Shipping!
