Why am I receiving the following error when trying to ship a package to Canada from USA? "cannot be less than total customs items weight of 2 lb". When I go to usps.com, I am able to get a rate for a package weighing 1 lb. 5 oz.. Why can't I ship this package with ShippingEasy?
