Many times a customer places 2 separate orders on the same day from Amazon or our website. We receive so many orders that we rarely notice. Would be helpful to know that there are 2 packages going to same person so we can combine the orders and only pay for shipping once!!

The good news is: we already have a feature to help with this issue. So long as the customers have the same last name and same address then we will highlight the orders on the Orders screen. You can also filter by duplicates using the filters on the left-hand side of the Orders screen.
