Hey y'all. I am a new customer and shipped out two packages. One to a lady literally right across the street from the other. One lady received her package but the other lady has yet to receive it. It did not come up with a track shipment option and it has still not been delivered. The customer is asking and I honestly have googled until I dont know what to do anymore. Is there another way to track it? The package was sent on April 9th and the other lady received hers on April 13th. HELP ME PLEASE!!! TIA

Hi Charles,
Sorry to hear you are having troubles with an USPS shipment. When I use the tracking number you provided, I see the following text:
Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 4:09 am on April 29, 2017 in SIOUX CITY, IA 51102.
Unfortunately, the carrier (USPS) is the only party that can assist with locating the package. I would recommend reaching back out to them:

Best of luck!

Hi Alison,
Thank you for posting to our forums!
Sorry for the late response; somehow this one slipped through the cracks. I'd be glad to assist today, though.
Looking at your account and Shipment History, I see a few shipments that were sent via USPS First Class Large/Flat Envelope. This service does not include tracking. If you would like tracking included, I would recommend choosing Package or Thick Envelope (3/4") if the envelope is 3/4" or smaller. More about the Large/Flat envelope can be found in the article linked below:
Why can't I track a USPS First Class Large/Flat Envelope shipment?
If for some reason the shipment is still missing, you might try contacting the Carrier directly. Here is the USPS Contact page: https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm
