I recently cancelled my account, because the cost was not justified for the purposes of my business. Can I please get my account reconnected, so that I can utilize the free plan available?

Yes, we can absolutely re-open your account under our free Starter plan.
Please keep in mind, our Starter plans are limited to 50 labels per month and do not include direct access to support. But, you can always post to our community if you need help with anything.

In the meantime I have emailed our Billing department to fully reset your subscription so you can purchase labels and ship your orders.
Hopefully the account will be fully reinstated within the next business day, but I will reach back out to you via email, as soon as they let me know.
Until then you are welcome to login to your account, import orders or setup anything that doesn’t involve actually purchasing labels.
