We have a frustrating issue that has ShippingEasy stumped, and wondered if anyone else has this issue?
We process our orders by scanning a barcode on the packing slip that pulls up the right order. Then we weigh and label the order. The problem is that occasionally ShippingEasy prints the wrong label entirely, for a different order. We always check that the name on screen matches the packing slip, which it does, so it seems something between clicking the print-button and the label printing is going wrong.
