Converting Endicia

when i first received the modal page (?) that informed me about converting my endicia accounts into one,  i chose to do it later so I could finish my work.
I now cannot find the convert button anywhere in shipping easy to start the process?  every instruction on converting my account now says to go to my modal page and click on the convert button--but where is the modal page with this button?

help please?  I have shipping to do but I dont want to buy more postage now that ive ot my cct balance down near $2!! :-)

Hi Michelle, and thank you for posting to our community!

If you happen to bypass the convert button in the modal page, you can still convert the account using the Convert to 1 Account option in the top right of your Orders page. The link below provides an image of that option under the section 'What do I need to do?'.

I did the conversion, but I have a balance in the old account. I thought it said it would be transferred? How long does that take?

Unfortunately balances cannot be transferred, but instead they will be refunded. The length of time and method is discussed in the link below under the section titled: What happens to the postage balance remaining in my Endicia First Class Domestic account?
