I have recently added my shipping easy account to my shopify webpage. At the checkout screen it does not give me any other options other then business priority mail for shipping. I just want to use regular shipping not the business priority shipping. Can anyone assist me in figuring out this issue asap?

Thank you for posting to our forum!

ShippingEasy does not interface with the front-end of your Shopify store at all; just the backend for the shipment / tracking information once the label is created in ShippingEasy.

I would recommend checking your settings in Shopify.  This article from their site may be helpful:  https://help.shopify.com/manual/shipping/rates-and-methods

Also, if you are using a separate plugin for rates on your store then you may check with that company directly.

On the other hand, if you are not seeing the correct shipping options when you log into ShippingEasy, please let me know so I can help with that.  I will need you to leave an example order on the Ready to Ship screen so I can view what you are seeing there.
