Looking to get a list of archived shipments that are older than 120 days. But there's no Reports Tab for Free Account? Wondering if this is the case?

Hi there. If I am on the free version and upgrade to Basic, how far can I go back in my archive? Im looking for shipments done in 2016.

Hi Kevin,
If you upgrade to a paid plan, you can see all of your shipments in the Reports. There is an option to choose your date range there.
You will probably want to use the Complete Shipping Report: What data is included in the Shipping Report - Complete Shipping Report?
You can export it using these steps once you upgrade: How to: Export a preconfigured report

That's correct- the Reporting feature is only included in paid plans (Basic or above). That is mentioned in the following article from our Knowledge Base: Overview: REPORTS page
