Can't use new Endicia account to pay for postage

I am extremely frustrated - I switched to a new Endicia account as prompted by your website. I have money in the new account. I have two orders I am trying to ship via USPS First class. When I get to the point of payment, the only account I can see is my OLD Endicia account.

I can't figure out how the *&$* to tell the site to use my new account! There doesn't seem to be a way. I've checked in "Postage and Carriers" and there's no option there. The new account has money, shows Connected in green with a lock icon. The old account shows Closed.

I've also gone into the order itself and tried to change the carrier. Again, there is no option I can find that allows me to checkout successfully.

Please help ASAP!!

It looks like I responded to a similar post from you last week in the link below.

After checking your account, I see you have two orders in your Orders page that I was able to Create Shipments for add to your cart. From there it appears the cart will pull funds from your new single Endicia account.
