I'm sorry to hear you have run into issues purchasing postage.  I would recommend sending the order back to the Orders page (using the little x next to the order) and trying the process again.  If it still doesn't work, please log into the Endicia account directly using these steps to double check that the correct card is listed:

Please keep in mind you have two Endicia accounts so be sure to log into the corresponding one.
