My postage purchases show up on my credit card as Endicia Postage. There is some other charge appearing that is labeled ShippingEasy.com and is called a "recurring charge".
I am a free, not-paid, user of shippingeasy so what is this charge? I see there was one in November for a different amount.

After checking your account, I can confirm that you are indeed on our free Starter plan and have not been charged any subscription fees.
You are, however, billed for Shipsurance charges from ShippingEasy. This link below explains the frequency of those billings.
