While we don't currently remove your global product recommendations automatically when your products are inactive, you can remove those by navigating to your Global Product Recommendations page and clicking the X below the item.

Your Randomized Product Recommendations are, however, removed automatically when you mark your products inactive, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.

I've gone ahead and documented your request for global product recommendations to be removed automatically and it will be under consideration for prioritization. 

We will keep an eye out for this post for additional feedback and comments. If we hear this request from anyone else, we will ask them to comment or vote for this post.

We also would like to be able to delete an item from inventory that we no longer carry.  When I look at the low stock list in order to update inventory, I have to go through all the inactive items to find current inventory.  As we discontinue more items, this is going to be cumbersome.  I'm not really sure what marking an item inactive (which is also time consuming) does for the item as I still see it everywhere.

Since this particular post is in regards to products available for marketing emails, could you respond in the other post instead, if you have additional information regarding deleting products from ShippingEasy that you would like us to consider?
