I've been using ShippingEasy for a couple of years with my wix site and last week I switched over to my new WooCommerce store.
I was able to follow the steps in ShippingEasy to integrate the store to my shipping dashboard but I'm experiencing a problem.
Every order is sent to ShippingEasy, not just ones that have been paid and are waiting for processing. Abandoned and Cancelled orders are also showing up - since the WooCommerce is still new, I've been doing a lot of testing to work out kinks so it's been a problem. I have to keep referencing back to WooCommerce to make sure I'm only sending orders that have been paid for.
I would appreciate help to get this worked out.

After checking your account, it looks like you have selected to sync orders that are Pending, Processing, and On Hold, in your WooCommerce store settings within ShippingEasy.
Is it possible those may need to be adjusted to limit the orders that are syncing? If so, you can edit those options here: https://app1.shippingeasy.com/settings/stores/255681/orders
