Ship To Address not transfering from BLESS

 I shipped out 3 packages through BLESS app and all 3 labels printed the ship to address as my address not my own. I didn't catch it until the mail man returned the packages to me a few days later. The customers address are correct in BLESS. Why did this happen and how do I get a refund on the shipping???

Hello Rebecca, and thank you for posting to our community!

I'm sorry to hear you shipped out 3 packages with the wrong address. Typically orders will only pull into ShippingEasy with the buyer's address if they have been invoiced directly in BLESS and marked as paid.

If the order was paid with a different method (ex: paid with check, paid with credit, giveaway, paid with cash), the Pop Up Address or the retailer's address will be downloaded as the order address instead.

Same thing happened to me today! Sent the customers package right back to myself!!!!! I processed the order in BLESS only and the shipping address was added as my address. I did not notice until the customer contacted me that the package was not being shipped to her address! 

To add this is the first order I have discounted since using the new integration and the only thing that has been done different in all of the packages I have sent using the integration.
