It would be great if the character limits were longer for both company name and address fields. Our Americommerce shopping cart connects directly with ShippingEasy and the character limit in Shipping Easy just caused a record lock out. I chatted with Rewa (who is most awesome) and she was able to move the shipment back to an edit mode.

Anyhow, the 35 character limit on org name was the problem.

Finally, we deal with government and health care customer exclusively and their organizational addresses are super complex. It would be nice if ShippingEasy could better accommodate this complexity.
