Unable to print shipping labels

Please help- when I press print shipping labels system shows :The application encountered an internal error. 

Please advise,thank you.

Thank you for posting to our forum!

I'm sorry to hear you ran into an issue with the Ready to Print page.  I was able to start a ticket with the Development Team and they resolved the issue on their end.  You should see that the Ready to Print screen has been cleared and no longer shows an error message now.

We sometimes see this issue arise when a shipment has been included with archived shipments or batches.  Shipments and batches are archived once they reach 90 days old.  We recommend printing future labels as soon as possible from Ready to Print or Shipment History.
