Storenvy error

When trying to purchase my shipping label through storenvy I received the error below when I clicked "complete purchase". I haven't had this problem before and I didn't do any kind of changes on my page or coding. I found a space in the shipping address and removed it. I don't see any other problems. Please help me get this shipped out today. If I have to I'll go to the post office but I was hoping to avoid that.
