Hi,I'm tring to make things work with a basic website that is allowing the paypal buy it now buttons, and tring to intigrate with the shipping easy .not sure if my customer would have to pay before the information can be collected thru shipping easy?
but it would not be appealing for the customer to have 2 transactions 1 buying items & then a second seperate one for the calculated discounted shipping.?

For the setup you described, we would recommend you integrate your PayPal account with your ShippingEasy account directly, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.

Doing that, will allow any orders paid via PayPal to be synced to ShippingEasy directly.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide discounted rate quotes to your store directly. ShippingEasy does not affect the front-end of your website. Our integration only allows the syncing of order details and updating shipping details back to your store automatically.
If your store platform does not offer real-time quotes, you can only set your shipping rates according to weight, not by zone. This means that you will have to manually set your shipping rate quotes based off of the weights of the package and not their destination.
