We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your account before you have had the opportunity to complete setup.
Your registration is not complete because you have not yet entered your credit card information. Unfortunately, that means we don't have a way to cancel your account if you decide not to proceed with setup. But, you will not be charged for your account either.
You have a couple options going forward:
1. To fully trial ShippingEasy, you can proceed by entering your credit card to create your USPS postage accounts. This will enable you to start shipping immediately. You can do that at any time by logging back into your account.
2. If you aren't interested in moving forward with your account, you can leave it as-is. It will not incur any future billing if you do not input your credit card.
I hope you'll give us a shot and choose option #1! If you decide to give the app another try and input your card to proceed, I've included a link below that should help you get started.
