I cannot get the volusion API to connect: is there a trick to this? I use my volusion site API for another service that logins into my account daily; so I know the API at volusion is working. I put my API URL; click save, screen refreshes with a pop up window that says there was an error connecting. I even tried to do this on 2 different browsers..
