WooCommerece Setup

I am sure this is a simple answer but I am struggling with setting up ShippingEasy with WooCommerce.

Mysetup: WordPress 4.9.8 running, Woo V. 3.5.2

We have wordpress installed on our own dedicated server.

I am following the instructions on this link:

I am struggling with the login portion.   Being that we have wordpress running on our own server and we have woo installed and configured what username and password would I provide in step #6?

I do not login to woocommerece online,  I use the wordpress admin login to access it.  Am I suppose to provide the admin credentials here?  If so, it is not working.  I tried using admin credentials?

I cannot locate an alternative login location for woocommerece other than the wordpress back office.

I have a purchased theme and wordpress is integrated into it.

Please help me get past this step.

Thank you for posting to our forum!

For the WooCommerce integration, we use the admin login for WooCommerce.  If you are not sure how to log in to WooCommerce, please contact them directly here:  https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

Once you have the correct WooCommerce login, the integration should complete as expected but if not, please let us know so we can troubleshoot further.  Since you are on a paid plan, I recommend using the links at the top of the ShippingEasy app to chat, email, or call in for the quickest response.  Thanks!
